We are so proud to share the case from Prof. Tomasz. This is the case of combined use of Video Laryngeal Mask and fiberoscope in patient with unstable cervical spine injury and tracheal narrowing. In the latter part of the video we put the ct scan of neck of this patient showing trachea narrowing (arrow).
